The Marine Biology Department at the Marine Sciences Center Holds Its Regular Meeting

Faculty members and researchers from the Marine Biology Department at the Marine Science Center held a meeting chaired by the Department Chair and the Department Secretary.

The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the department’s research performance for the current year, approve a work plan for the upcoming academic year, and ensure that new projects align with the Center’s research plan and national vision.

The meeting included a review of achievements: discussing the results of published research and completed laboratory experiments; identifying technical or administrative difficulties faced by the research teams (such as equipment shortages, instrument malfunctions, and delays in receiving samples); and proposing solutions.

Opportunities for internal collaboration (among the department’s groups) and external collaboration (with other departments or centers) were explored, and an overview of the latest scientific papers and conferences in the department’s field was presented, along with proposals to attend or participate in them.
