The Marine Science Center Holds a Charity Fair on the Occasion of Eid al-Ghadir to Support Needy Families

On the occasion of Eid al-Ghadir, the Culture and Community Committee at the Marine Science Center organized a charity fair, along with an initiative to collect food baskets, with the aim of supporting needy families.

The exhibition opened on Tuesday, June 2, and continued through Wednesday. It featured charitable activities and events, as well as a designated area for collecting in-kind and monetary donations.

In a related development, the Committee launched the “Food Basket” initiative, under which food baskets donated by benefactors will be collected at the Center’s main library, in preparation for their distribution to needy families on the day of Eid al-Ghadir.

These events are part of efforts to strengthen the spirit of social solidarity and commemorate the occasion of Eid al-Ghadir, with a focus on the humanitarian and charitable aspects that serve the most vulnerable groups in society.
