To strengthen personal and professional relationships and unify institutional visions in a work environment characterized by cordiality and respect.

Dr. Abdulamir Jassim Rahim, Director General of the Marine Science Center, received in his office a number of the Center’s professors and staff members who came to offer their congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

The purpose of the reception was to strengthen a sense of belonging and cohesion and to build a positive work environment where employees—including professors, administrators, and technicians—feel they are part of a single, cohesive family. This positively impacts their performance and provides an opportunity for direct, informal communication between the Director General and the team, which helps remove any psychological or administrative barriers and provides support and appreciation to the staff, motivating them to exert greater effort and contribute to the Center for Marine Sciences’ mission.

During the reception, the Center’s aspirations were discussed, and views were exchanged on improving the work environment and scientific output.
