Professor Dr. Abdul Zahra Abdul Rasul Al-Halo, a faculty member at the Marine Sciences Center at the University of Basra, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Technical Deputy Minister of the Iraqi Ministry of Environment in recognition of his outstanding efforts, dedication, and devotion in carrying out the tasks entrusted to him, as well as his fruitful and ongoing cooperation with the Iraqi Ministry of Environment.
