The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra organized a field visit to the Arabian Gulf Academy for Marine Studies.

The visit aimed to strengthen scientific and research cooperation between the two sides.

The visit by the University Incubator Unit and the Marine Science Center's ecosystem included learning about the marine specializations and educational programs available at the academy and exchanging experiences in areas of joint research and development, especially in marine technologies and logistics, exploring opportunities for cooperation in joint projects between the academy and the incubator, and reviewing advanced marine equipment and facilities that may benefit the incubator's projects. Transfer knowledge about the requirements of the maritime sector labor market and develop innovative curricula or projects in line with these needs.
