The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra welcomed students from the Noor Al-Jawadain Private School, accompanied by their teachers.

The visit aimed to introduce the students to the university environment, encourage them to continue their education, and teach them about some aspects of marine science.

The visit included a tour of the center's laboratories and a screening of films about Iraq's freshwater and marine environments and their importance as a national resource that supports human life and the environment and is a vital resource for economic sectors such as agriculture, industry, tourism, transportation, trade, and fishing.
