The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra held the ninth session of its regular council for the academic year 2024-2025, chaired by Dr. Shaker Ghaleb Ajeel and the Assistant Director General, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Youssef Hamoud, and attended by heads of scientific and administrative departments and members of the center's council. The council recommended a number of decisions.
The council discussed several matters related to the scientific and administrative aspects of the center, as listed on its agenda. The council emphasized the importance of implementing ministerial directives and instructions from the university presidency.
The council also discussed several topics aimed at continuing to advance the center's scientific and practical progress.
