The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra participated in the Scientific Production Exhibition, held at the Central Library building in the Bab al-Zubair Colleges Complex, to mark the 61st anniversary of the university's founding. The exhibition was inaugurated by the President of the University of Basra, Dr. Muhannad Jawad al-Asadi. The participation was alongside other colleges and centers affiliated with the university's various departments.

Dr. Hind Mahdi Jarallah, Head of the Technology Incubator and Ecosystem Unit at the Marine Science Center, indicated that the participation included the center's various productions, a presentation of its various activities, including training courses, workshops, seminars, and educational and development lectures.

Scientific publications and books by the center's faculty, and patents by its researchers.

She added that this participation reinforces the center's role in supporting the scientific and training process, and is part of its ongoing efforts to serve the academic community.
