Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a select group of faculty members on scholarship from the Marine Science Center at the University of Basra participated in the first national conference for Iraqi scholarship students held at the University of Baghdad.

The conference, which was attended by a select group of faculty members on scholarship from the Marine Science Center at the University of Basra, Dr. Ayman Abdul Latif Kuwais, Dr. Muhammad Mahdi Muhammad Yahya, and Dr. Dawood Salman Banai,

aimed to strengthen the communication link between scholarship students and decision-makers by activating constructive dialogue and unifying visions.
