University of Basra organizes a workshop entitled Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research: Opportunities and Concerns.

Dr. Arafat Rajab Ahmed, a lecturer at the Marine Science Center at the University of Basra, participated in a workshop held at the College of Education for Pure Sciences.

The participation included giving a lecture entitled Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research: Opportunities and Concerns.

The lecture aimed to enhance the academic skills of postgraduate students at the University of Basra and keep pace with technological developments in the field of scientific research.

The lecture dealt with two main axes: reviewing the various applications of artificial intelligence in the field of scientific research and discussing the potential challenges that researchers may face when using artificial intelligence techniques, while providing a comprehensive overview of the modern tools available for the various stages of scientific research.
