
The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra organized an introductory seminar on the work and services of Al-Ain Foundation for Social Care.
It aimed to shed light on the services provided by the Foundation to its foster children throughout Iraq, especially in Basra Governorate.
The seminar was presented by Mr. Samir Abdul Nasser, Mr. Hussein Alaa Askar, and Ms. Safaa Hadi Jaaz, representatives of Al-Ain Foundation for Social Care. During the seminar, they reviewed the programs and services provided by the Foundation to support orphaned and needy children, in addition to the efforts made to enhance their well-being and provide them with a decent life.
The seminar witnessed a wide attendance of professors and employees, who expressed their interaction and inquiries about the Foundation's activities and mechanisms for supporting the target groups. This seminar comes within the framework of enhancing cooperation between the university and humanitarian and social institutions to serve the community.
