The course aimed to care for employees, support them to achieve their selves, acquire basic values ​​and skills in the work environment, continue their administrative and scientific activities, and alert employees to global environmental issues by initiating proposal plans, training employees on more environmentally friendly work, and encouraging employees to join and create sustainable initiatives.
