The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra, represented by the Director General of the Marine Science Center, Professor Dr. Shaker Ghaleb Ajil, and all its affiliates, including lecturers and employees, extend their congratulations and blessings to Assistant Professor (Abdul Hussein Jaafar Abdullah), a lecturer in the Department of Marine Vertebrates, on the occasion of his promotion to the rank of (Professor).

This scientific promotion comes after passing the scientific tests for promotion and evaluating the solid research that was subject to evaluation according to scientific specifications, as he was granted the promotion in accordance with the terms and regulations in force.
