The Culture and Society Committee of the Marine Sciences Center at the University of Basra organized a dialogue seminar entitled The Positions of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her) in Islamic Sources: An Analytical Reading in cooperation with the Fatimid Studies Center in Basra.

The seminar was presented by Sheikh Dr. Thaer al-Aqili, Director of the Fatimid Studies Center, Basra Branch, with the participation of researchers Dr. Ihsan Nazim al-Jazaery from the College of Engineering at the University of Basra and Dr. Mustafa Jawad al-Eidani from the College of Education.

In the first session, Dr. al-Jazaery presented a research paper entitled How do we know Lady Fatima al-Zahra? And how do we introduce her to the world?

In the second session, Dr. Mustafa al-Eidani gave a lecture entitled The Positions of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her) in Islamic Sources: An Analytical Reading.

At the end of the seminar, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the lecturers.
