Dear brothers, teachers and members of the Marine Science Center.

 On the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Adha... Happy new year... May God bring it back to us with goodness, right and blessings. May He bless everyone with good health and prosperity, for He is All-Hearing and Answering.

 In the name of all of you, we extend our highest congratulations and blessings to the honorable President of the University of Basra, and to all of our teaching colleagues and members of our university and its formations, praying to God Almighty to guide us and them to all that is best in the service of our dear country and our glorious university.

 Our last supplication is that praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his good and pure family and his chosen companions, and may your days last as holidays and joys.
