The Marine Science Center held an introductory training course on first aid

The course included the first aid and assistance provided by the paramedic to the injured person in emergency situations and accidents during the first minutes of the injury and before his arrival to the hospital. The paramedic uses the supplies available to him and his experience in this field.

A first aid course on cases of suffocation, burns, wounds and their types, loss of consciousness accompanied by shortness of breath and loss of consciousness, how to provide first aid for each case, and what can be provided by the first responder to help save the lives of others.

The course aims to learn the basic skills in first aid and raise confidence in dealing with various cases, such as providing first aid for cases of burns, fractures, bleeding, shortness of breath, cardiac arrest, and many sudden injuries, which increases the paramedic’s efficiency and also provides psychological and moral support to the injured person.
