By providing participants with information and skills for the purpose of their involvement in development programs and increasing their experience in the field of marine fish propagation and designing marine fish hatcheries, and to identify the needs and skills required for the success of marine fish breeding projects in Basra as a strategic option due to the specificity that characterizes Basra as it is located on the Arabian Gulf.
