Marine Science Centre
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Shaker Ghaleb Ajeel, Director General of the Marine Science Center, and within the activities of the Community Marine Science Center and building bridges of cooperation between state institutions, the Marine Science Center at the University of Basra received students from Al-Irfan Primary School for Girls. The visit included events and activities for the students, including a visit to the museum and a visit to the scientific laboratories and departments in the center. .
The school staff, represented by the principal, Mrs. Iman Sahib, the teacher, Kawthar Abdel Hussein, and the teacher, Athar Jamil, who accompanied the students, expressed their gratitude and happiness for their visit to this scientific edifice and for the explanation provided by the center’s staff about the scientific and research activities that the center carries out that serve the community.
