The Marine Sciences Center at the University of Basra held a training course on global classifications and sustainable development. The lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Abbas Adel Hantoush and Dr. Wissal Odeh.
The course included two parts, the first part related to international classifications, as it included a simplified definition of classifications, mentioning some important types of classifications globally.
Its various standards, in addition to the ranks reached by Iraqi universities, especially the University of Basra
The second part touched on the term sustainability and its definition, mentioning the United Nations goals related to sustainability, and reviewed some introductory videos related to its important axes.
