Under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Saad Shaheen, the Women’s Empowerment Division at the University Presidency, and the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the Marine Science Center, the Center held an initiative entitled How to Be a Lighthouse, and the workshop was titled Our Job and Public Duties: How to Shine and Be Creative in It. It was delivered by the psychology trainer, Mahmoud Miqdad Al-Basri. The lecture covered several topics, including: How can a person be successful, why did you choose the job, what is the reason for your deservingness, and what is your intention to obtain it in the future? At the conclusion of the lecture, many questions were asked by the audience and discussed between the lecturer and the audience.
