The teaching staff member at the Marine Science Centre at the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Iman Abdullah Abdel-Aali, participated in chairing the discussion committee for the graduate/ master’s student, Sakina Abdullah Habib, in the  Department of Biology, College of Science,/ University of Basrah, about her thesis intitled “Production of compounds reducing surface tension from some types of filamentous bacteria and studying their biological activity.”  .
