Prof. Dr. Abdel-Zahra Abdel-Rasoul El-Helou, Director General of the Marine Sciences Center, participated in jointly with Prof. Dr. Saba Jabbar Nema, Dean of the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, in managing the Smart Cities Workshop within the sessions of the Fourth International Conference on Geographic Information Systems and Smart Cities, which was held by national security advisors for the period from 6 to 8 February 2023 in Baghdad Under the auspices of His Excellency the Honorable Prime Minister.
