At the invitation of the Office of the United Nations Coordinator in Iraq, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Zahra Al-Helou, Director General of the Marine Science Center at the University of Basra, attended a two-day workshop in Baghdad for dialogue and exchange of ideas about individuals leaving their communities and areas of residence due to climate change, water scarcity, and diminishing means of decent living.
