The Director General of the Marine Sciences Center, Professor Dr. Abdul-Zahra Abdel-Rasoul Al-Helou, stated that the ownership of the yacht belongs to the University of Basra, the Marine Sciences Center, after reviewing the most important documents. Which refers to the allocation of the yacht by the Prime Ministry to the Center for scientific purposes in 2014.
