Within the mechanism of scientific cooperation with state institutions, the Director General of the Marine Sciences Center, Professor Dr. Abdul-Zahra Abdul-Rasul Al-Helou, received a delegation from the Environment Directorate of Al-Muthanna Governorate, and constructive discussions were held on the necessity of continuing scientific cooperation and coordination with universities and research centers, and identifying aspects of cooperation in the field of implementing applied research, where he expressed  Mr. Director willingness to provide assistance through integration between research work and field application in government institutions
