 The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra organized a scientific lecture entitled How to properly choose a magazine within Scopus containers, which was delivered by
  Dr. Rafid Muhammad Karim in the Department of Marine Biology. The lecture dealt with several axes, including the definition of the Scopus database, how to access the official websites of the databases, and how to choose a magazine within Scopus containers that fits the specialization of the research to be published, as well as examining the magazine to ensure its continuity and not leaving the Scopus database
