 At the invitation of the Director of the MSC, Prof. Dr. Nuri Abdul Nabi Nasser, and within the mechanism of joint cooperation between the University of Basra and the High Electoral Commission, to update the biometric IDs card at the MSC in order to facilitate the matter for the center’s faculty and staff to update their biometric cards, taking into account the application of national safety instructions  .
