The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra organized a lecture on Goal 14 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Program (Life Underwater)

The lecturer, Dr. Muhammad Abdul-Ridha Al-Dughji, gave a lecture (Sustainable Development Goals for Seas and Oceans) in the hall of the Marine Vertebrates Department at the Marine Science Center

The lecture included a detailed plan for renewing marine life by 2050 and how to preserve oceans, seas and marine resources to achieve sustainable development and encourage those interested in the marine environment to preserve biodiversity, starting from seaweeds to the creatures at the top of the hierarchical ladder of large marine animals.
