Joint scientific cooperation between the Marine Science Center and the Iranian University of Ormia

The Marine Science Center, in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education and Development, held a scientific symposium on joint scientific cooperation between the Marine Science Center and the University of Oromia in the Islamic Republic of Iran within the cooperation agreements concluded by the University of Basra with Iranian universities. During the symposium, the prospects for cooperation and coordination between the two parties were discussed.
At the opening of the symposium, Professor Dr. Shaker Ghaleb Ajeel, Director General of the Marine Science Center, also stressed the importance of strengthening the climate of scientific cooperation and developing joint scientific and research programs in light of knowledge variables and discoveries in various disciplines, especially aquaculture, which serves the academic work environment at the Center. A lecture was also given by the Dean of the Artemia and Aquaculture Research Institute, Assistant Professor Nasrallah Ahmadi Fard, about the possibility of the Institute’s field activity in aquaculture at the College of Natural Resources at Ormia University. At the end of the symposium, the Dean of the Institute was honored with a certificate of appreciation by the Director General of the Center for his efforts to build bridges. Scientific cooperation that will have a positive impact between the two research institutions.
