The Marine Science Center / University of Basra received a scientific school trip that consisted of the principal, teachers, and fourth and fifth secondary students in the Al-Rasoul private schools, on Wednesday 30/3/2022, corresponding to the university’s celebrations of its founding anniversary, for the purpose of informing students about laboratories, scientific equipment, requirements for scientific research and field work. In the scientific departments of the center as well as listening to valuable scientific lectures about marine biology and productive biology. At the end of the visit, the school director presented certificates of appreciation to the Director General of the Center, Prof. Dr. Nuri Abdel Nabi Nasser, and the head of the marine biology department, Prof. Dr. Huda Kazem Ahmed for facilitating the task of the trip, with a heartfelt thanks to all the professors for the warm reception and for the scientific and cultural awareness they provided to the students in order to serve the community in our dear country.
