The Marine Sciences Center at the University of Basra organized a scientific lecture on shrimp farming, presented by Dr. Tariq Hattab Yassin. Dr. Tariq mentioned the most important species cultivated globally and in the neighboring countries and the possibility of transferring this activity and applying it commercially to Iraq in general and Basrah in particular.
